Property Sales (Residential)	1.5% – 2.5% + GST
Property Leasing (Tenant Placement)	1 – 2 weeks' rent + GST
Property Leasing (Ongoing Management)	5% – 8% + GST of weekly rent
Market Appraisals (Valuations)	Complimentary
Property Management (Full Service)	6% – 10% + GST of weekly rent
Average Commission / Fee Range	$8,000 – $25,000 per transaction
